Nexorix was started in 2026 by Hanan because too many people were paying good money for work that got outsourced, rushed, or abandoned halfway. The goal was straightforward: build real things, charge fair prices, and actually be accountable for what gets delivered.

Today it runs as a small, focused team. You still talk directly to the people writing your code and setting up your server. There are no account managers, no ticket queues, no middlemen. You message us and a real person replies.

How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. Discord bots and server setups usually take 1 to 3 days. Websites take around 3 to 7 days. Minecraft servers take 2 to 5 days. Custom plugins vary depending on complexity. We agree on a timeline before starting and stick to it.
Do you work on a fixed price or hourly?
Always fixed price. You know exactly what you are paying before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprise additions at the end. If the scope changes, we quote the extra cost separately before doing anything more.
Do you also provide Minecraft hosting?
We do the setup and configuration — we don't sell hosting directly. You bring your own VPS or server and we set everything up on it. If you don't have hosting yet, we can point you toward what we recommend based on your budget and player count.
How do I contact you on Discord?
Join our Discord server at discord.gg/fMzuzXmaxn and open a support or inquiry ticket from there. You can also DM us directly if you already know the username. We usually reply within a few hours — faster than email most of the time.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions are included for anything within the original agreed scope — there is no fixed limit on those. If you want to add features or change something that was not in the original brief, that is a separate quote. We don't close a project until what was delivered matches what was agreed.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. You just need to know what you want — we handle the technical side completely. We explain things in plain language and check in with you along the way so nothing feels confusing. You get a ready-to-use product at the end.
Can you optimize my PC remotely?
Yes. PC optimization is done remotely through screen share on Discord. You can watch everything that happens in real time — nothing is done without your visibility. The whole session usually takes under an hour.
What payment methods do you accept?
We work with PayPal, cryptocurrency and bank transfer depending on your region. Full payment is collected upfront before work starts. We confirm the method with you when you first reach out so there are no complications.
