Terms & Policies
Everything you need to know about working with Nexorix Services. Clear, honest and transparent.
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. No exceptions.
Payment methods are discussed and agreed upon via Discord based on your region.
Accepted methods typically include PayPal, cryptocurrency and bank transfer. Confirm your preferred option when you first reach out.
Work will not start until payment is confirmed. Once confirmed, your project is queued immediately.
Refunds are only available before work has started. Once a project is underway, no refunds are issued.
No refunds are provided after final delivery of the project.
If there is a dispute about the deliverable not matching what was agreed, revisions are offered first. We work through it until it is right.
Refund requests before work starts must be submitted via Discord and are handled case by case.
Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included at no extra cost.
Revisions are defined as changes that stay within the original project brief — not new features or scope additions.
Major changes beyond the original requirements will be quoted separately and agreed before any extra work begins.
The project is not considered complete until what was delivered matches what was agreed from the start.
You own all final files after full payment is made. All source files, assets and code are handed over to you at delivery.
Nexorix does not retain rights to your project or its content once delivery is completed and payment is confirmed.
We may showcase the general type of work completed in our portfolio (e.g. "Discord bot with economy system") without sharing private client details unless you explicitly give permission.
An estimated delivery timeline is shared and agreed upon before work starts. We stick to it.
Timelines depend on scope and complexity. Typical ranges: bots and server setups 1–3 days, websites 3–7 days, Minecraft servers 2–5 days.
Minor delays can occasionally occur. If that happens, we communicate it promptly and provide a revised estimate.
Delivery is made via Discord with a full walkthrough of what was built and what you received.
Limited post-delivery support is included for issues directly related to what was built.
Support covers bugs or problems that arise from our work — not issues caused by third-party changes or client modifications after delivery.
Extended support, maintenance plans or future upgrades can be arranged separately at an agreed rate.
All support requests must be submitted through our official Discord server.
All work is strictly based on the requirements discussed and agreed upon before starting.
Features or changes not in the original agreement are not covered by the quoted price.
Any additions to the scope must be discussed and priced separately before they are worked on.
We recommend being as detailed as possible during the initial discussion to avoid scope gaps later.
Clients must provide clear, accurate and complete project requirements upfront to avoid delays or scope disputes.
Timely responses and feedback are expected during the project — delays on the client side may push back the delivery date.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables. Approval signals the project scope has been met.
Any materials, credentials or assets needed for the project must be provided promptly once work begins.
All communication is handled via our official Discord server. This is the primary channel for all project-related messages.
Our team typically responds within a few hours during normal operating hours. We are available 7 days a week.
All project agreements, scope changes and decisions must be confirmed in writing via Discord — verbal agreements are not binding.
Clear and respectful communication is expected from both sides throughout the project.

Privacy & Confidentiality
All client data, project details and communications are kept strictly confidential.
We do not share, sell or disclose any client information to third parties under any circumstances.
Project files and assets provided by clients are used solely for the agreed work and nothing else.
We do not store or retain client credentials beyond what is needed to complete the project.
Respectful and professional communication is expected from both parties throughout the project.
Spam, harassment, verbal abuse or threatening behaviour toward our team will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
Violations may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these standards.
Nexorix Services is not responsible for any misuse of delivered work by the client after handover.
We are not liable for bans, penalties or issues caused by third-party platform policy changes (e.g. Discord or Minecraft updates).
Our liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the service purchased.
We make no guarantees about third-party service uptime, platform availability or external factors outside our control.
Nexorix Services reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
